Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Contract Length: Through March 20, 2026 (with potential extension or conversion)
Location: Fully Remote
Preferred States: MO, TX, FL, MN, IL, GA, SC, NC, AZ, MI, CA, PA, KY, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Overtime: Occasional OT during deployment nights (typically every other Thursday)
C2C: ❌ Not eligible
Work Authorization: ✔️ W-2 only — must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support two agile squads operating under the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). The ideal candidate will partner closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support agile delivery

Write detailed, technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria

Collaborate with product managers to refine and elaborate requirements

Maintain a well-groomed and actionable backlog

Use SQL and Postman to run ad hoc queries and validate use cases

Perform gap analysis between legacy and new systems

Support release deployments, including evening OT on deployment nights
