Strong expertise in licensing practices & metrics used by major software vendors

Mastery of software discovery tools

Advanced Excel: data extraction, transformation, manipulation

Advanced Excel: data analysis and reporting

Experience with SharePoint for collecting, saving, and organizing documents

Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and Software Asset Management
