🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver intuitive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards

Lead requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams

Build and optimize data models integrating multiple data sources

Create interactive visualizations that drive data-based decision-making

Champion best practices for reporting processes, data pipelines, and continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units
🔹 Qualifications

7+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or similar fields

Proven expertise in Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling
-
Strong experience with SSRS/Paginated Reports (Report Builder)

Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and optimized queries

Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Fabric, ADLS, SQL MI, Tableau

Experience using Python for data transformation (plus)

Power BI or related certifications (advantage)

Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
