They’re building seamless, personalised financial experiences that can compete with digital-first players like Zopa, Monzo, Starling, and Revolut.
To support this journey, they are hiring a UX/UI Designer with strong digital product experience and a passion for turning complex financial concepts into clear, intuitive user journeys.
💼 The Role: UX/UI Designer – Financial Services
You’ll help design the next generation of digital experiences that enable customers to:

Optimise investments

Manage tax allowances

Navigate changing financial conditions

Plan for their future with clarity and confidence
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, owning both UX and UI across the product lifecycle

Use Figma and Figma Make to deliver high-quality design solutions

Work within a cross-functional squad and with third-party partners

Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights (user testing, interviews, analytics)

Craft responsive, accessible UI components aligned with the client’s design system

Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, sharing early and often to gather feedback
