🚀 Role Purpose
The Project Manager (IT) will plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy project leader with strong governance skills and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to success.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure

Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations

Define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control

Ensure governance, reporting, and documentation standards are met
Stakeholder Management

Engage business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Bridge communication between developers, vendors, and business units
-
Deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership

Manage expectations and ensure alignment throughout project cycles
Team Leadership

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
-
Run project meetings, sprint reviews, and check-ins
-
Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and operations teams
Technical & Delivery Expertise

Analyse technical requirements and align solutions with architecture standards

Oversee software, infrastructure, integration, or cloud-based projects
-
Manage vendor relationships and contractual deliverables
-
Support QA, UAT, and production deployment activities
Project Governance

Ensure compliance with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid PMO methodologies

Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices

Prepare project charters, business cases, and post-implementation reviews
🎓 Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
-
10+ years IT Project Management experience
-
Proven track record delivering enterprise-level IT projects
-
Solid understanding of SDLC, IT systems, applications, and networks

Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
-
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and large teams
⭐ Preferred Certifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master

ITIL Foundation (advantageous)

AWS / Azure / GCP certifications (beneficial)
