Marc Ellis is hiring an experienced Project Manager (consulting background) to lead and deliver complex projects that support strategic business goals.
You will own projects from planning to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs.

Define scope, goals, timelines, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.

Maintain project roadmaps, plans, budgets, and governance requirements.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders and senior leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Identify and manage risks, issues, and roadblocks proactively.

Track milestones and performance using tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

Ensure quality standards are met and support continuous improvement efforts.

Manage project finances, budgets, and cost forecasts.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; Master’s in Business or IT preferred.

12+ years of experience leading IT projects or programs.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and project management tools.

Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar are a plus.
