💼 Experience: 8–12 years (minimum 5 years as a Project Manager)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong product background to lead end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has led product projects from scratch, managed multiple stakeholders, and delivered complex initiatives on time and within budget.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end product projects from initiation to closure

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across cross-functional teams

Own scope, budget, timelines, and quality for multiple concurrent projects

Drive risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution

Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders

Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Provide regular project updates, reports, and dashboards to leadership
🔹 Required Skills & Profile

8–12 years total experience, with minimum 5 years as a Project Manager

Strong product-based project management experience

Proven track record delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timelines

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: GCP / AWS / Azure

Understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automation workflows

Exposure to data analytics or BI dashboards

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Solid knowledge of SDLC: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid

Familiarity with PM tools, risk management, cloud, and DevOps environments
🔹 Certifications (Preferred)

PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe or similar certifications are a strong advantage
