🌟 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 15+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years as a Project Manager
🔹 PMP Certification (mandatory)
🔹 Preferred Arabic speaker based in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama
🔹 Proven project management expertise, including:
🔹 Soft skills: leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict management
🔹 Financial management & budgeting
🔹 Stakeholder & resource management
🔹 Minimum 5 years in international organizations, system integrators, or consultancy firms
🔹 Strong technical background in one or more of the following:
Enterprise IT solutions (servers, storage, networking, security)
Data Center & workload migration
Data Center disaster recovery planning & deployment
Cloud deployment, migration, or advisory services
🌟 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead end-to-end technical projects ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance
🔹 Manage project plans, resources, and deliverables for multiple IT initiatives
🔹 Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
🔹 Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams
🔹 Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment
🔹 Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and executive updates
🔹 Control project finances, track budgets, and optimize resource utilization
🔹 Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained across all projects
🔹 Mentor junior project managers and foster a high-performance culture
