IT Support Specialist | Tech Company
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 5-8K AED
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily technical support for employees, including laptop setup, troubleshooting, software installation, and account management.
• Maintain and manage IT assets, user accounts, permissions, and basic system configurations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for network, hardware, and office IT issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of office IT environments (Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, email, collaboration tools, etc.).
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding IT processes (access setup, equipment return, documentation).
• Support internal system usage and provide basic training to team members.
Requirements:
✅ 2–4 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac, network basics, office software)
✅ Familiar with account management tools (Google Workspace / Office 365 / AD)
✅ Good communication skills and service mindset
✅ Ability to document procedures and improve basic IT workflows
(Plus) Experience in tech companies or fast-growth environments
