Senior Consultant (Project Management / PMO) | Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and support strategic projects and PMO initiatives across the organization.
Location: Must be located in Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management
🔹 At least 10 years in leadership or advisory roles within PMO / Portfolio / Program Management
🔹 Proven experience in establishing, operating, and evaluating PMOs
🔹 Strong background in project governance, performance management, and P3M3 maturity assessment
🔹 Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is required
🔹 Ability to lead organizational transformation and drive excellence in project management
Qualifications & Certifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
🔹 Professional certifications such as: PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-PBA, MSP, MoP, PRINCE2
🔹 Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, JIRA)

Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and advise on strategic project management initiatives and PMO implementation
🔹 Establish project governance frameworks, policies, and standards
🔹 Conduct performance reviews, P3M3 maturity assessments, and risk evaluations
🔹 Provide consultancy and guidance to executives and project teams
🔹 Support organizational transformation initiatives to enhance project delivery capability
🔹 Ensure alignment of projects with business strategy and organizational objectives
