Senior Backend Engineer / Team Leader
Full-Time – Remote
A fast-growing Saudi SaaS company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer or Backend Team Leader to join our remote tech team.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience in Node.js / .NET / Laravel (any main backend stack your company uses can be adjusted)
• Experience leading or mentoring developers (for Team Lead role)
• Solid knowledge of APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Ability to work remotely with a distributed team
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
