Exact Solution Electronics is hiring a skilled Tax & Accounting Specialist to manage VAT/Sales Tax activities across multiple regions and ensure accurate, compliant financial operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Manage VAT/Sales Tax registrations and return filings for the UK, USA, and Europe

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with international tax laws

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Reconcile accounts, handle bookkeeping, and manage invoicing

Work extensively on QuickBooks Online

Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely filings

Stay updated on international tax laws and adopt best practices
🔍 Requirements & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in VAT/Sales Tax registration and filings (UK, USA, Europe)

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
