🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Provide L2-level desktop support for end users across multiple locations

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows, macOS, laptops, printers, peripherals)

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests

Support Office 365, VPN, email configurations, and enterprise applications

Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

Document incidents, resolutions, and service requests in the ticketing system

Collaborate with L1/L3 teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards

Deliver high-quality support with professionalism and customer focus
🎯 Requirements

2–4 years of experience in desktop support / IT support / field engineering

Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, Office 365, AD, and networking basics

Familiar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar)

Strong communication skills and ability to support users in multicultural environments

Ability to work independently and handle onsite issues confidently

Willingness to support global teams across different time zones

EU residency or authorization to work in the Netherlands
