Key Responsibilities
- Lead cloud migration initiatives aligned with business needs
- Provide technical guidance and design inputs for cloud modernization
- Engage with client asset teams across business units
- Ensure best practices for cloud migration & support
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Mentor and coach team members; drive continuous improvement
- Manage scaling challenges and onboard new teams effectively
- Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Application & Platform teams
- Skills & Experience Required
- 15+ years in Engineering / Delivery / Project Management
- Strong expertise in Cloud Apps, AWS/Azure, Migrations, CI/CD, IaC
- Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, hiring & people management
- Experience with cloud-native tools and diverse engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication & stakeholder management
- Good understanding of cloud security, compliance, automation & change management
