Role: QA Manual Tester (CRM Focus – Dynamics 365)
Location: Remote
Experience: 5–8 years in manual testing with CRM product exposure
We are looking for experienced QA Manual Testers with strong CRM exposure, especially Dynamics 365, to join a remote setup and support end-to-end quality assurance activities.
🔧 Responsibilities

Conduct manual testing of CRM functionalities, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365

Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on real business scenarios

Collaborate with development teams to log, track, and verify defect resolutions

Use Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management, tracking, and reporting
🎯 Experience Required

5–8 years of experience in manual testing

Hands-on exposure to CRM products, preferably Dynamics 365

Strong attention to detail and structured testing mindset

Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
