Manager / Senior Manager – OT Cybersecurity
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

🔹 Salary: SAR 26,000 – 30,000 per month (depending on last CTC & interview)

🌟 About the Role:
Our cybersecurity team helps clients identify and mitigate security gaps in Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including SCADA, DCS, EMS, IIoT systems. Team members anticipate security requirements, analyze client security posture, and design tailored, industry-leading solutions.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead discussions with clients to secure cybersecurity orders and ensure successful implementation.
🔹 Ensure profitability of all cybersecurity projects within the region.
🔹 Analyze architecture and infrastructure of ICS systems (SCADA / DCS / IIoT) for security gaps.
🔹 Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial systems.
🔹 Support ICS security projects as part of Security Transformation programs.
🔹 Develop ICS Control Frameworks based on industry best practices, national, and international standards.
🔹 Implement or improve ICS security management processes at client organizations.
🔹 Author technical and non-technical documentation for a variety of audiences, from automation personnel to senior executives.
🔹 Manage, operate, and drive profitability of projects from a P&L perspective.
🔹 Stay updated with OTCC and KSA’s Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
🔹 Travel 30–40% annually to client sites and projects.
🎓 Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, EEE, ECE, or related field
🔹 Proven technical or consulting experience in ICS cybersecurity
🔹 Knowledge of ICS systems: SCADA, EMS, DCS, PLC
🔹 Familiarity with industrial protocols: OPC, Modbus TCP, HART
🔹 Experience with cybersecurity standards: IEC 62443 / ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP
🔹 Knowledge of OTCC and KSA cybersecurity regulations
🔹 ICS networking knowledge; CCNA/CCNP certifications are a plus
🔹 Possession of cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CSSA, GICSP) is advantageous
🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills for managing technical and non-technical audiences
