HR Business Partner (P&C) – Dubai
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (People & Culture) to join a fast-growing organisation in Dubai and help shape the P&C function from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is strong in data-driven HR, and knows how to drive performance, engagement, and structure across the business.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
✓ Proven People & Culture / HRBP experience in a multinational organisation
✓ Strong understanding of the UAE labour market & regulations
✓ Solid capability in data analytics, reporting, and HR insights
✓ 10+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the UAE
You will lead and elevate the full People & Culture function, including:
