Job Description
🔷 Strategic HR Partnership
The HR Business Partner will play a key advisory role by aligning HR initiatives with the company’s long-term goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to influence decision-making and drive strategic people-focused outcomes that enhance overall business performance.
🔷 Talent Development & Capability Building
Lead initiatives on employee development, succession planning, and capability building. Responsibilities include designing training programs, identifying high-potential talent, and creating professional development frameworks across all departments.
🔷 Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
Manage employee relations by fostering transparent communication, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment. Support culture-building activities that elevate employee engagement and collaboration.
🔷 Policy Development & Compliance
Design, review, and implement HR policies that comply with UAE labor laws and best practices. Conduct policy audits, maintain documentation, and educate employees and managers on updated guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness.
🔷 Performance Management Leadership
Oversee the full performance management cycle, implementing structured evaluation systems and KPIs. Guide managers on effective feedback practices, performance improvement plans, and objective evaluations aligned with business goals.
🔷 Workforce Planning & Organizational Design
Evaluate workforce needs, support restructuring initiatives, and recommend staffing strategies that improve operational efficiency. Analyze organizational gaps, forecast manpower, and collaborate with department heads to build strong team structures.
