Digital Transformation & Analytics Manager (Onsite)

What You Will Do
Lead a team of 11+ professionals across multiple reporting levels, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Support the professional development of team members through coaching, mentoring, training, and leadership opportunities.
Partner across Sustainment Operations and various Aerospace or Defense programs to develop a prioritized and aligned strategy for the digital transformation of the Global Maintenance and Depot Network.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional Digital Technology (DT) teams to resolve challenges and remove roadblocks.
Identify and communicate key risks to Global Depot Operations and Sustainment Operations leadership.
Drive performance and monitor the progress of the Agile Digital Transformation Team, including tracking project spend and vendor/contractor performance.
Serve as the Operational Excellence representative on the site’s leadership council, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field with 12+ years of relevant experience — including supervisory experience leading technical teams, digital transformation projects, and managing teams through significant organizational change.
Alternatively, 10+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives within complex operations or large-scale programs.
Qualifications We Prefer
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Digital Systems Management.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
Proven success working with global sites or international customers, demonstrating strong communication, transparency, and customer focus.
Experience in a matrixed organization or with third-party service providers, with the ability to influence across departments and levels.
