o Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges
o Translate needs into functional and technical requirements
o Analyze processes, workflows, and data flows for gaps
o Prepare requirement specs, user stories, and documentation
• 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧
o Convert requirements into Power BI or cross-team technical solutions
o Create solution designs and architecture enhancements
o Maintain business–tech alignment through continuous stakeholder communication
• 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 (𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐈)
o Analyze business data for actionable insights
o Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
o Create data models, DAX measures, and optimized visuals
o Ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs
• 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
o Collaborate with developers to ensure clear implementation of requirements
o Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, QA, and UAT
o Validate system behavior and support end-to-end testing
o Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely delivery of solutions
• 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠
o Identify process inefficiencies and propose tech-driven improvements
o Troubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues with root-cause analysis
o Monitor post-implementation feature performance for stability and satisfaction
• 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠
o Document business processes, systems, data flows, and delivered solutions
o Provide user training, walkthroughs, and knowledge-transfer sessions
o Create user manuals, SOPs, and workflow guides for operational use
• 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
o Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams
o Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language
o Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
• 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
o Stay updated on trends in systems analysis, BI, cloud tech, and automation
o Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and methodologies
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Power BI; strong SQL and DAX skills
• Familiar with data warehousing; SSIS/ADF a plus
• Able to work independently in remote settings
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Integrate data from databases, warehouses, and cloud sources
• Customize visuals using DAX for complex calculations
• Automate data refresh and report generation
• Optimize performance for faster, efficient reporting
• Bonus: Knowledge of Python, R, or other BI tools
