We are looking for a Site Support Engineer – IT to join our team and provide hands-on technical support across construction project locations.
📚 Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related fields.
📍 Availability:
Candidates must be in the UAE and available to join immediately.
Position Overview
This role provides on-site IT support and technical assistance to employees at construction project locations. You’ll ensure smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, networks, and the site applications used daily.
Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting at construction sites

Install, configure & maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and network equipment

Assist with VPN configuration and secure remote access

Escalate Level 2/3 issues to central IT when needed

Set up and maintain networking & communication systems for new project sites

Maintain accurate records of IT assets assigned to each site

Document incidents, solutions, and recurring issues to ensure long-term fixes
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with desktops, printers, and basic server support

Strong troubleshooting in LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments

Proficiency in supporting users on Microsoft Office 365

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel frequently between construction sites
