IT Business Analyst (Banking Sector)
📍 Location: New Cairo – On-site
💼 Experience: 3–5 years (Banking background preferred)
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements

Document processes and workflows clearly

Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders

Support solution design discussions

Assist in system testing and UAT

Support change management activities

Prepare project reports and status updates
🔹 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong understanding of banking operations and systems

Proficiency in analysis tools and process modeling

Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
🔹 Preferred

Experience with core banking, digital banking, or payments
-
BA certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA
