Health Platform Database Administrator
📍 Location: Onsite in Abu Dhabi
📅 Contract: 12-month extendable
The Role
✅ Install, configure, and maintain IRIS for Health and Caché DB environments
✅ Manage multiple environments (DEV, TEST, STAGE, PROD, DR)
✅ Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
✅ Implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies
✅ Collaborate on data exchange processes using FHIR and HL7
✅ Develop automation scripts & optimize database performance
What We're Looking For
✔ 8+ years of IRIS for Health DBA experience
✔ Hands-on experience with IRIS and Caché
✔ Strong skills in ObjectScript and automation
✔ Deep understanding of high availability & DR environments
✔ Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA)
